- Wet Your Skin: Step into the shower or bath and run warm water over your body for 5–10 minutes to soften your skin.
- Scoop the Product: Turn off the water or step away from the stream, then scoop a small amount of sugar scrub into your hand.
- Massage Gently: Rub the scrub onto your skin using gentle, circular motions. Start at your feet and work your way up to boost circulation.
